Intro Class

New to exercise or new to CrossFit?

Join our intro classes on Saturdays at 11am where we teach our foundational movements in a small group setting. Along with the foundational movements we will go over how our CrossFit classes will run, terminology we use and things to expect.

Our four week intro class will leave you primed and ready to move well and crush workouts like you’ve been doing CrossFit for years.
